In the fall of 2022, I hiked the Foothills Trail from its eastern terminus in South Carolina to a connecting trail leading to the Blue Ridge Bartram Trail. I then hiked all of the Bartram Trail. The combined distance of these trails was about 200 miles. Two friends, Polecat and Sasquatch, joined me on this hike.
